Nicholas Cooley joined Bugden Allen in 2025 and supports the Perth office with a strong foundation in strata management.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas spent 12 months as a Strata Assistant at Richardson Strata Management Services, where he worked on a high-value portfolio and developed practical experience in day-to-day strata operations and stakeholder engagement.

Nicholas graduated from Trinity College in Perth, completing his ATAR and high school studies. He is currently studying a double degree in Commerce and Law at Curtin University, with an expected completion in early 2028. While studying full-time, he has continued working in the industry, applying his academic knowledge in practical, client-focused environments.

Nicholas has experience liaising with owners, contractors, and council members in strata, and is a strong communicator, able to simplify complex issues for a broad audience. Comfortable in both formal legal settings and operational environments, Nicholas is working toward admission as a solicitor, with a keen interest in strata and property law
