Peter Fagan joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in October 2021 as part of their merger with Le Page Lawyers, a boutique strata law practice based in Sydney.

Peter practises in all aspects of strata law, with a particular emphasis on litigation, building defects and dispute resolution.

As an experienced litigator with almost 20 years’ experience, Peter has appeared, often as advocate, in all Courts and Tribunals across New South Wales representing clients at NCAT, the Supreme Court, Federal Court and in lower Courts.

Peter has managed many complex claims including strata disputes, contracts, property damage, representative proceedings, equity and negligence.

Peter is a Senior Consultant in our Sydney office.
