Meet The Team

Peter O’Donovan joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in 2022 and has a broad range of property and commercial litigation expertise, specialising in body corporate dispute resolution. He has acted for clients in jurisdictions ranging from the Federal Court of Australia to the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management. Peter has been involved in a variety of body corporate disputes, ranging from a dispute between a body corporate and developer, seeking damages for a breach of fiduciary obligations to an application on behalf of a lot owner to allow the family pet into their holiday home.

Prior to commencing his role at Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, Peter has worked at a number of national law firms in Queensland as well as in-house for a national professional regulator.

Peter holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from Campion College Australia.
