On the 5th November we announced that Sean Macfarlane will be joining our firm as the new Partner in our Perth office. We are pleased to announce further developments about our new Western Australian operation.

Sean is now working full-time for Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers (BAGL). As a recognised expert in strata and community titles, Sean is available to provide the full suite of legal services and has already begun representing clients in State Administrative Tribunal (SAT) hearings. We are also pleased to advise that the Perth office of BAGL will be located on Level 27, St Martins Tower, 44 St Georges Terrace, Perth. The office officially opens on Monday 10th January 2022, but we are available for meetings from today. BAGL’s Perth office is strategically located across the road from the Supreme Court WA and is only a few hundred metres from the SAT Building and the Landgate Perth Office.

BAGL is very fortunate to have secured Alissa Hammond as a Paralegal who will be joining Sean from 10 January 2022. Alissa has a wealth of strata knowledge and is well respected in the WA strata community, having worked as the Contracts and Compliance Manager at Smithwick Strata Services. She brings to the firm an insight into how successful strata management businesses are run as well as property development experience. Alissa will be completing her law degree in 2022 so we look forward to welcoming her into the practice.
