Frasers Midtown
“Midtown” at Macquarie Park in Sydney is a master-planned community developed by Frasers Australia in a joint venture with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation. The project once completed will consist of 3,300 new homes, 2.8 hectares of open space, schools, shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants. We were engaged to review and develop the initial master sales contracts, the strata management statement, by-laws, and s88B instruments.
