Prior to joining Bugden Allen in 2025, Monifa gained valuable experience working with a Tier 1 national insurance law firm, where she honed her expertise in managing complex litigation matters. She has played a pivotal role in strengthening Bugden Allen’s litigation practice in Victoria and contributes significantly to its national presence in dispute resolution.

Monifa holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University. She is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and staying at the forefront of legal developments to deliver effective and informed legal representation.
