Brodie Dyer joined the Victorian team at Bugden Allen in September 2025, bringing experience across debt collection, property law, and general legal practice. Prior to joining the firm, Brodie worked as a solicitor for 12 months where he worked on a diverse range of matters, including debt recovery, guarantor legal advice, and the review of building contracts. He also advised on and drafted commercial leases and lease renewals, giving him strong exposure to the commercial property sector.
In addition to his work in property and commercial law, Brodie gained experience in family law litigation, wills, estates, and probate matters, building a well-rounded foundation in client advisory and dispute resolution.
At Bugden Allen, Brodie works in the LevyCollect team, focusing on debt recovery for Owners Corporations through proceedings in VCAT. His role involves providing practical, solution-focused advice to clients while managing matters efficiently and effectively to achieve the best outcomes for Owners Corporations.
Brodie holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. After relocating to Victoria in October 2022, he was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria on 1 August 2024.
