We are pleased to welcome Jason Browne to the team at Bugden Allen Lawyers (“BAL”).
Jason is a Partner in our Queensland office and will be spearheading our expansion into the Gold Coast property market.
Jason was a senior member of King and Wood Mallesons’ market leading real estate practice, and prior to that General Counsel of Walker Corporation. He specialises in property development law, planning & environment law, structured titles and property related litigation.

Jason’s practice predominantly focuses on complex commercial and residential property development projects, joint ventures, property financing, leasing, hotel investment and management and complex titling property projects for mixed use development projects.
