Brodie Dyer joined the Victorian team at Bugden Allen in September 2025 and works on a range of matters involving contentious levy recovery proceedings, property-related disputes, and owners corporation matters.
Brodie assists with the conduct of proceedings for the recovery of unpaid levies and other disputes involving owners corporations, including matters before the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. His work includes preparing proceedings, managing files, liaising with clients and counsel, and supporting the progression of matters through dispute resolution and litigation.
Brodie also has experience in property and commercial matters, including reviewing building contracts and assisting with the preparation and review of commercial leases and lease renewals.
Brodie holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. After relocating to Victoria in 2022, he was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in August 2024.
