Jade Holding

Jade Holdings is the Office Manager at Bugden Allen Group and provides extensive legal and operational support to the firm’s Victorian practice. Since joining the firm in June 2021 as part of its expansion into Victoria, Jade has worked closely with the legal team assisting on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, particularly in the property and owners corporation space.

Jade plays a key role in supporting solicitors across the lifecycle of matters, assisting with file management, court and tribunal processes, client coordination, and the preparation of legal documentation. Through this work she has developed significant experience assisting practitioners on litigation, debt recovery, and property-related matters, while also supporting transactional and advisory work.

Her work regularly involves liaising with counsel, coordinating matters before VCAT and the Victorian courts, assisting with the registration of plans of subdivision and special rules, managing client communications, and supporting the progression of matters from commencement through to resolution.

Jade’s strong organisational skills, attention to detail and practical understanding of legal processes allow her to provide valuable support to the firm’s lawyers and clients across a range of property and dispute-related matters
