James Cooper is a law graduate with experience supporting legal practitioners on a range of matters involving property, land tenure, and regulatory compliance.
James holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Deakin University. Through his studies and practical legal experience, he has developed a strong understanding of property law, contractual arrangements and statutory frameworks governing land use and ownership.
James has assisted on matters involving property and land tenure issues, including land encroachments, interpretation of statutory obligations and the review of commercial and property arrangements. His experience includes legal research, preparation of agreements and supporting legal practitioners in analysing legal risks associated with land use and property interests.
James is particularly interested in property, owners corporation and land-related disputes and enjoys assisting with the resolution of complex issues involving land ownership and regulatory compliance.
