Alissa Hammond is one of the founding staff members of our Perth office, joining Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in January 2022.

Alissa has over 20 years’ experience in the Western Australian property industry having worked in legal, real estate, development and strata management organisations. Her career spans residential and business conveyancing, established and off-the-plan sales coordination, strata title management and compliance.

Following the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA) reforms introduced in May 2020, Alissa has focused on assisting lot owners, strata companies and strata management firms to integrate new legislative requirements, ensure compliance with statutory obligations and reach practical solutions to a broad range of issues faced in strata communities.

Alissa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in October 2023.

As a solicitor with Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, Alissa offers a unique combination of strata management and legal experience to our Perth team.
