Ebony Rice has practiced predominantly in property and commercial law since beginning her career as a solicitor in 2020.

Prior to commencing her role at Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, Ebony has worked in boutique and national Property & Commercial litigation and Banking & Finance firms, gaining invaluable experience in property and commercial law. Ebony prides herself in providing sound commercially pragmatic advice that addresses clients’ objectives, drafting clear and concise documentation.

Ebony has advised and worked closely with a range of client bases, including Owners Corporations, Managers, and owners, in respect of disputes, mediation and litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding up applications within Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Victorian Courts.

Ebony holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers (ASCL).
