Eve holds a Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law) from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She prides herself on delivering concise advice tailored to align with her clients’ strategic objectives.

Eve Whitmore joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in 2023. Her primary practice areas include construction and property law dispute resolution matters; however, she also undertakes a range of advisory work in relation to general property and commercial matters. She acts for clients across jurisdictions ranging from the Building Appeals Board to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the County Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to commencing her role at Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, Eve worked at a boutique firm which specialises in construction and property law. She also has previous governance experience in the not-for-profit sector.

External to her work with BAGL, Eve is a Member on the Law Institute of Victoria’s (LIV) Young Lawyers Committee and the LIV’s Building and Engineering, Civil Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections. She is also an Associate Member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and an Associate Practicing Member of the Strata Community Association (Vic).

Eve has presented to Owners Corporation Management Companies and has had her work published in the Australian Property Law Bulletin.
