I-Ching Tseng is an experienced strategist, risk management advisor, dispute resolver and investigator.

I-Ching Tseng has broad experience in cross border dispute resolution (arbitration, litigation), commercial litigation, regulatory and compliance, investigations and risk management works, particularly in the mining, energy and resources, commodities, renewable energy and infrastructure / construction industries. I-Ching also has substantial experience advising financial services companies on regulatory frameworks, as well as carrying out internal investigations for companies.

During her close to 20 years of experience, she has worked for top-tier firms in Japan, Australia and China on high profile, complex and cross border matters, including Baker and McKenzie’s Tokyo office, Minter Ellison’s commercial advisory and dispute resolution team in Brisbane, and Pinsent Mason’s Beijing office.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, is listed on the panel of Chinese Arbitration Association, the Ulaanbaatar Chamber of Commerce, and on the reserve panel of SIAC.
