Jade is an experienced executive assistant, having worked for over 10 years for HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Australia’s largest independent law firm. She joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in June 2021 as part of the firm’s expansion into Victoria.
Jade assists our Victorian team with a wide variety of legal administrative matters including:
- Liaising with and briefing Counsel
- Attending to the registration of Plans of Subdivision and Special Rules
- Managing client relationships
- Project managing seminars and events
- Administering debt collection matters
- Monthly invoicing
- Arranging client meetings
- Liaising with County, Magistrates’ and Supreme Courts
- Liaising with VCAT
