Meet The Team

Since becoming a solicitor in 2004, John has practised exclusively in commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution. He has advised clients and conducted litigation on their behalf in a variety of matters including breaches of trust and fiduciary duties, partnership and joint venture break-ups, finance and contractual disputes, insurance, and litigation concerning deceased estates and body corporate disputes.

John has worked at a number of top tier and boutique firms, almost exclusively in commercial and civil litigation. Prior to joining Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, John was a senior associate at DLA Piper Australia. He also spent 9 years at Mahoneys, a specialist body corporate law firm in Queensland where he had full carriage of a number of commercial, civil and body corporate dispute matters.

John joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers’ Queensland office in March 2023. He is a Senior Associate in our Litigation team.
