John Forde

John practises in commercial and civil litigation and dispute resolution. He advises clients and conducts litigation on their behalf in a variety of matters including breaches of trust and fiduciary duties, partnership and joint venture break-ups, finance and contractual disputes, insurance, and litigation concerning deceased estates and body corporate disputes.
John has worked at top tier and specialist boutique firms. Prior to joining Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers, John was a senior associate at DLA Piper Australia. He also practised at Mahoneys for 9 years and Russells for 6 years,
In 2001 he was awarded an Australian Design Award for Engineering Design.
John joined Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers’ Queensland office in March 2023.
