Kellie Chin has worked in law practices for over 15 years in Sydney and Queensland. Kellie began working as an office junior for a law firm in Parramatta, Sydney then transferred to another a firm in Westmead working firstly as a receptionist and then being promoted to Paralegal. Over this period, she gained valuable experience in many areas of law including firm accounting, conveyancing, family law, local and district court matters and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. During this time, she also successfully undertook a Legal Secretarial Course with the Law Society of NSW.

Following this, she commenced working as a Conveyancer for a Conveyancing Practice in Riverstone NSW and gained her Diploma in Conveyancing from Macquarie University. In turn she managed her own residential, family transfers and off the plan conveyancing transaction matters which included settlements electronically (PEXA). Also, during this time Kellie gained the qualification to undertake duties as a Justice of the Peace.

In 2021, Kellie, her husband and two girls moved to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Kellie commenced working for Stratum Legal Pty Ltd (Michael Kleinschmidt) initially as a Paralegal which promptly led to the role of Office Manager. This involved managing the daily operations and procedures of the office, whilst taking on the responsibility for accounting transactions of the trust account.

Upon Stratum Legal merging with Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers in February of 2023, Kellie transferred to the Finance Team as a Trust Accountant.
