Kevin Pai practices in the strata and community title development area (including problem project restructuring), as well as general body corporate advice work (particularly management rights).

He is one of a handful of lawyers experienced in Queensland’s historical body corporate legislation, such as the South Bank Corporation Act 1989, Mixed Use Development Act 1993, Integrated Resort Development Act 1987 and the Building Units Group Titles Act 1980.

Kevin is a member of the Legislative Sub-Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, as well as being a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers. Along with his work as a lawyer, Kevin is active in the commercial sector as a consultant to overseas businesses looking to expand into Australia, such as large banks and international dealerships.

Along with his role as a Partner in our Brisbane office, Kevin is also a director of our subsidiary technology company PropLaw Tech Solutions and works alongside our CEO to deliver for our clients a comprehensive range of digital strata legal services.

Kevin is an honours graduate from the University of Queensland, a Member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers, the Urban Development Institute of Australia (Queensland) and Strata Community Association (Queensland).
