Sally Thomson has practiced predominantly in property law since beginning her career as a solicitor in 2010. During this time, she has worked in both Australia and the UK for specialist law firms and top-tier firms, including close to two years in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Brisbane real estate development team.

She specialises in property development along with general property and commercial matters and has advised a range of public and private sector clients including government agencies and developers.

Sally is experienced in acting for developers throughout the various stages of a development from acquisition of the development site, due diligence, title structuring and easements, and off the plan sales.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, along with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Japanese and Chinese Language, from Bond University. She was awarded a Faculty of Law Scholarship for her study at Bond University.
