Sinem Mutlu was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2009, and a Solicitor of the High Court in 2011. She is an experienced strata and property Solicitor, having specialised in these areas for over 10 years at Le Page Lawyers where Sinem worked prior to joining Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers.

At the start of her career, and prior to becoming admitted as a Solicitor, Sinem worked as a secretary in a small family run law firm based in the Sydney CBD. She then progressed her career by working as a law clerk for a company that provided specialist solutions to law firms. During this time, she assisted various law firms by attending to the filing of legal documents and appearing on their behalf as agent in Courts and Tribunals with leave.

Sinem has advised and worked closely with Owners Corporations, Building Management Committees, Associations, members, office bearers and managers alike in respect of disputes, by-laws, subdivisions, company title conversions, mediation and litigation, debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding up applications and appears in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and NSW Courts.

Sinem holds a combined degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (majoring in Biological Science) from the University of Western Sydney.
