Stella Lee has practiced predominantly in the strata and community titles law since beginning her career as a solicitor. She specialises in the dispute resolution aspect of the strata title law, but also undertakes a range of litigation work for general property and commercial matters. She acts for clients across jurisdictions ranging from the Courts to the Tribunal and adjudication at the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management.

Prior to working as a solicitor in Australia, she was a manager and in-house legal counsel at a technology company with presence in Taiwan and China. Her role in the company involved overseeing the internal management of the company and drafting contracts and other legal documents, including patents. During her time working overseas, she also worked at a boutique development company and was heavily involved in the strategic planning of the company and participated in a series of development land amalgamations and acquisitions.

Stella holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.

She was awarded Academic Scholarship for her study at the University of Queensland.
Stella is a member of Strata Community Association (Queensland) and Urban Development Institute of Australia.
