Frasers Property - Midtown

Midtown at Macquarie Park in North West Sydney,  is a master-planned community which once complete will consistent of approximately 3,300 mixed tenure dwellings. The community will include 2.8 hectares of open space, a proposed primary school, two childcare centres, convenience stores and cafes as well as a range of community spaces including a commercial pool and gym. This project is a partnership between Frasers Property Australia and the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC).

Bugden Allen were appointed by Frasers Property Australia to provide structuring and titling advice for the Midtown project. Our team reviewed and drafted master sales contracts, the strata management statement, by-laws and s88B instruments. We were also engaged to manage all of the developer conveyancing services for Stages 1 and 2 on behalf of Frasers, using the “OPEX” contract exchange platform. Our team managed the initial launch to Frasers’ VIP customers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia and then subsequent contract sales activities over the proceeding 6 months.
