Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers (BAGL), a national law firm specialising in strata, property and commercial law, today announced a merger with GDP Law in Sydney. Gerard Doyle, the principal of GDP Law will be joining BAGL as a partner of their NSW office from 1 September 2023.
Gerard Doyle has more than 20 years experience in strata and property law. He is a well-respected expert in the strata sector, having presented at numerous conferences both in Australia and overseas. He sits on the Council of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and has participated in research projects, including with the City Futures Research Centre, University of New South Wales.
CEO of BAGL David Bugden said the recruitment of Gerard Doyle as a partner in their NSW office and the merger with GDP Law further bolsters the firm’s litigation and advisory capabilities in Sydney and throughout NSW.

This is the third law firm Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers have acquired over the past 2 years, cementing themselves as one of the largest specialist strata and property law firms in Australia.
Gerard Doyle described his reasons for the merger and his excitement for the opportunities the combination presents for him and his clients.

Gerard Doyle and his existing clients commence with BAGL from 1 September 2023.
