Tim Graham, ex-HWL Ebsworth partner and current Board member of SCA Victoria joins as Partner of Bugden Allen Lawyers.
The leading strata legal team in Victoria, led by ex-HWL Ebsworth partner Tim Graham, is set to move to Bugden Allen Lawyers, a boutique firm that specialise in strata and community title law and property development work.
Tim Graham has joined as Partner in their new Melbourne office and will be spearheading the firm’s expansion into the Victorian strata and property market. As part of this move, Mr. Graham’s name has been added to the brand, now known as Bugden Allen Graham Lawyers.
The firm’s newest property and strata lawyers include special counsel, Leila Idris, associate Robert Savage, solicitor Coral Shamir and executive assistant Jade Holding. All five will be based in the firm’s new office at 500 Collins Street.
For Mr Graham, the decision to move to Bugden Allen was “evolutionary”.

Speaking about the five appointments, CEO David Bugden said that the firm’s property development and strata legal teams have seen “exponential growth in this constantly evolving form of residential living in Australia.
